Suzuki Factory Warranty Information
What's Covered By The Suzuki Factory Warranty?
Please refer to your Suzuki owners manual for exact terms and conditions along with an exact list of coverage/exclusions.
If the Suzuki manufacturer's factory warranty is still in effect, anyone who owns the vehicle during the warranty period is entitled to warranty service. The warranty covers any repairs needed to correct defects in materials or workmanship of all covered parts and components. Warranty service will be provided free of charge, including such costs as removing and reinstalling a covered component or system. Sample coverage only.
How Long Is The Suzuki Factory Warranty Valid For?
The Suzuki factory warranty that is provided directly by the Suzuki Manufacturer, is valid for 3 Years / 36,000 Miles. There are two measures used to determine how long your Suzuki factory warranty is valid for.
1) Years in Service
The Suzuki factory warranty is valid for 3 years.
2) Miles Driven
The Suzuki factory warranty is valid for 36,000 miles.
The measure that occurs first determines how long your coverage lasts. For example, your Suzuki factory coverage lasts for 3 years, unless you drive more than 36,000 miles before 3 years elapse. In that case, your coverage would end at 36,000 miles. More information is available in your Suzuki owners manual.
When Does My Suzuki Factory Warranty Begin?
The Suzuki factory warranty start date begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to the 1st retail buyer or put into use, whichever occurs first. The factory warranty is provided by the Suzuki Manufacturer.
How Do I Check If My Suzuki Is Still Under Factory Warranty?
When you purchase a new or used Suzuki, the manufacturer includes coverage on all or most of a vehicle's systems or components during the full warranty term. If you would like to find out if your vehicle is still covered, please contact your nearest Suzuki dealer service center or the Suzuki Manufacturer and make sure you have the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and mileage ready when you call.
Who Pays For Repairs If I'm Covered Under The Suzuki Factory Warranty?
You will not be charged for repairs covered by any applicable Suzuki factory warranty during the stated coverage periods, unless specifically stated elsewhere. Some states may require a tax on a portion of warranty repairs. Where applicable law allows, the tax must be paid by the owner of the vehicle. Please check your Suzuki owners manual for further information.
