New Car Extended Service Contract

The new auto coverage plan covers all breakdowns except components specifically itemized in the agreement. This is an exclusionary policy, or more commonly referred to as "bumper-to-bumper" coverage. With the new car coverage plan, all labor and parts are covered for any failure or breakdown on your vehicle except for specific components listed as exclusions. However, the list of exclusions is minimal and mainly consists of routine maintenance items. Our new car service contract provides you with the most comprehensive coverage available. Some plans also offer wear & tear coverage as an option.

Covers all components within the engine, transmission, electrical items, drive axle, steering, air conditioning, suspension, brakes, cooling system, fuel delivery sytem, seals, sealing boots and gaskets along with the electronic high tech items, except the items listed as not covered below. *For exact coverage details, please request a copy of the actual service contract.

What Features and Benefits Are Included?

In addition to mechanical coverage included with each plan, our extended service contracts include the following features and benefits.

	Free Roadside Assistance Most plans include free roadside assistance during the full coverage term. If you have a break down anywhere in the United States or Canada, one phone call will provide you with assistance for fuel, flat tires, jump starts, towing and more!
	Hotel and Restaurant Bills You will be reimbursed up to $50.00 per day for up to 3 days, for meals and lodging. Valid when stranded overnight because of a covered mechanical breakdown more than 100 miles away from your home.
	Rental Car Benefits or Alternate Transportation Your plan includes up to $50.00 per day for rental car reimbursement or for alternate transportation valid for up to three days, per covered occurrence.
	Transferable If you sell your vehicle, your plan is transferable to the new owner, which enhances the resale value and is an excellent incentive to a potential buyer.
	Nationwide Protection Regardless of where you may be, we've got you covered! Whether traveling or moving, our extended service contract is honored in both the United States and Canada.
	Peace of Mind Never pay a repair bill for all covered parts plus labor. Each plan pays directly to the repair facility (no waiting for reimbursement) by using a corporate credit card for all covered and approved repairs, less your deductible.

What's Not Covered?

The list of excluded components not covered by the new car coverage plan includes, but is not limited to the following:

	Aftermarket Equipment Any equipment not installed by the manufacturer.
	Batteries, Body and Trim Items Including adhesives, fasteners, buttons, canvas, vinyle or fabric tops, frame, glass and sheet metal.
	Body Damage and Noises Including water leaks, weather strips, rust damage, rattles, squeaks and wind noises.
	Scheduled Maintenance, Adjustments and Wear Items Including drums and rotors, exhaust system, friction materials, hoses and v-style belts, light bulbs, manual/hydraulic clutch assembly, trim. All maintanence service and items such as alignments, engine tune-ups, brake pads, linings and shoes, filters, spark plugs and wires, tires, wheel balancing and wiper blades.
	Miscellaneous Items and Circumstances Includes satellite systems, external compact disc changers, shop supplies, a breakdown caused by collission, fire, theft, freezing, overheating, electrical fire or meltdown, vandalism, flood, any hazard insurable under standard damage insurance policies (regardless if it's in force or not), hazardous waste removal. Filing a claim during the "waiting period" or "pre-existing conditions" or continued operation of an impaired vehicle which causes further damage would not be considered a covered repair. Please be sure to review your contract for complete details.
